U.S. Global Investors believes it has developed a better -- and more profitable -- way to invest in gold mining stocks. Its new ETF, U.S. Global GO GOLD and Precious Metal Miners ETF (GOAU), invests in companies based on fundamentals rather than market value like most traditional indexes.
