Russian-based World of Diamonds Group, which introduced the Jane Seymour Blue Diamond ring, has created what may well be the world's most expensive swizzle sticks at just over $20,500 each. The set of 50 stirrers -- made of 18-karat gold and diamonds-- carries a value of $1 million.
