Study Finds You Can't Believe Everything You See On Fitbit Or Other Wrist-Worn Heart Rate Trackers
Cleveland Clinic researchers found that no wrist device that measures heart rate was as accurate as the gold standard electrocardiogram, and some, including Fitbit, were worse than others.
