Kazakh net gold/foreign currency reserves up at $27.8 bln in Oct

ALMATY, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan's net gold and foreign currency reserves rose to $27.8 billion in October from $27.4 billion in September, central bank data showed on Monday.
