Centerra Gold appoints former AuRico head as CEO

Oct 13 (Reuters) - Canadian gold miner Centerra Gold Inc said former AuRico Gold Inc Chief Executive Scott Perry would replace Ian Atkinson as its CEO, effective Nov. 1.
